Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova returned to the top 10, finalist Jasmine Paolini became the fifth racket of the world.
Last year`s champion and finalist Marketa Vondrousova and Ons Jabeur fell out of the top 10.
Qualifier Lulu Sun, who reached the quarterfinals, rose 70 places.
Paula Badosa returned to the top 70, Caroline Wozniacki - to the top 80, Emma Raducanu - to the top 100, Naomi Osaka became 102nd.
